4Order Changes & Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Once an order is shipped, we cannot change the address or redirect the package. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
5Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@acawood.com. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6Returns & Refunds
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a full refund or a free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
